• We offer free delivery for purchases made over AED 1000 in the UAE. Anything below AED 1000 will be charged AED 20 as shipping cost.

• We shall be able to deliver the goods on or before the promised date, however, due to any unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery dates, a reasonable communication will be sent with the revised details. Also, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

• The customers will receive payment and order confirmation through email as soon as the payment is processed.

We might ask for a valid ID so please be ready to present either your Emirates ID, passport or driving license.

Customs and Import Duties (International)

For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be borne by you once your parcel reaches your country.

You can contact your local customs office to find about customs duties for your country before you place an order so that you’re not surprised when these duties are levied.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse to accept the delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.

Delivery Schedule & Charges

Delivery within UAE- 3 -5 working days from payment confirmation. Free delivery for purchased over AED 1000.

Delivery Outside UAE/Within GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain.) 5- 7 working days.

Delivery charges: AED 150 for all orders.

We offer an exchange policy provided all terms and conditions are met as set out in our policy. We do not accept or give any refunds but in certain circumstances we offer a voucher which can be used on our site within 3 months from the date of the voucher for the same amount value or greater after any deductions.

We have a 7 day to exchange policy provided that all terms and conditions are met, we reserve the right to refuse any items.

Exchange policy terms and conditions:

• The item should be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• It must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and free from any stains or odors including but not limited to perfumes/colognes.
• Sorry no exchanges or vouchers will be accepted on sale items, final sale, promotions, free delivery, gifts given with item purchased. Only full regular priced items may be exchanged.
• All cost related to exchange item including but not limited to courier, taxes, duties you will be responsible to pay.
• Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
• Items received as gifts that were purchased on this site carry same exchange policy and conditions apply.
• An exchange or voucher will be given only 1 time to each customer requiring this.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an item is ordered and the payment completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms will not be affected and will continue to be in force. These Terms and Conditions shall be ruled and governed by the laws of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
